I got the game up and running and will be doing one final playthrough with my wife to make sure everything is in order. I also came across a little issue with RPG Maker. 

When putting the game together, I have the option to putting it together ONLY with the files I use, so any music or art that doesn't get used gets deleted from the game files. makes sense as keeping everything bumps the game size to around 1 GB. But in doing that, RPGM kept leaving out files the game NEEDED. So I had to do it the hard way. 

Deploy the game with ALL the files, then go back and check all the files I DID use, and carefully delete everything else. Oh joy. Still, very excited to have this final playthrough to get some genuine reactions from my wife as to the story, graphics, etc.
